After a bad experience with another company last year I was very anxious when looking around but I am so thankful I came across Chloes Castles. From the very first communication, through my queries and changes they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional even when I was being an awkward customer. What can I say apart from Craig was amazing I phoned wondering why my castle wasn’t there they had no diary bookings that day panick sets in Craig done a little digging I had booked the wrong month ‘omg!!! No way’ I had a hall full of children Craig and team was at the destination within half hour and castle was up. I can not thank them enough for saving my bacon that day and all kids had a blast !!!
